Consultation Policy

A consult is required for all new clients prior to performing any Cave Service. A consultation and service/s can be scheduled and performed on the same day. Please note BCL Contourist reserves the professional right to decline any service- that may not be beneficial to the client overall goal.

Treatment Policy

Prior to booking your appointment with Body Cave Lounge please read over our appointment, cancellation, no-shows, and refund policies below.

No Kids

In meeting the needs of BCL clients in creating a desired comfort and ambience. We reserve the right not to allow kids in the spa while services are being rendered for the safety of our spa. Failure to follow this policy will result in rescheduling your appointment and may incur a cancellation charge of 25% non-refundable service fee for time reservation.

Appointment Policy

Late:

Based on the Contourist schedule. If you are more than 10 mins. late- it is possible you may need to reschedule and/or understand that you have decreased your full scheduled service time. If you need to reschedule, please provide 24 hr. notice.

No Shows
Please be mindful this time has been reserved and allotted just for "You"! Therefore, no call, no show, no reschedule will be charged 25% non-refundable service fee for time reservation.

Deposits

Consultations require full payment at time of booking. Non Refundable.

 

All other services require a 25% deposit at time of booking remaining balance due day of service with Contourist with the exception of VIP clients.

 

VIP Packages require a 25% deposit fee due at time of booking remaining balance options.

● All sales are final when buying packages

● Packages are non-transferable 

Mask Policy

Wear a mask highly recommended. Contourist properly clean and sanitize before and after each client. Facility is not liable for COVID-19 contraction.
